Give yourself permission to rest and reset with meditations that are soothing for the nervous system and calming for your mind.

Each meditation bundle is a balance between the art and science of mindfulness.

The art is my from my craft of being a yoga & meditation teacher for the past 10 years as well as on my own mind and body healing journey for the past 15 years.

The science is from my background as a trauma-informed psychotherapist for the past 10+ years and hundreds of hours of specialized trainings in mind-body approaches.

After years of work in both fields, I observed a lack of specific support for those that had experienced trauma and yet desired a meditation and mindfulness practice. With trauma, the urge is often to move away from one’s mind and body’s felt sense because the lasting effects of trauma can feel overwhelming. Knowing this from my work with thousands of individuals in the therapy office and the yoga studio, I saw a need to help individuals reconnect with themselves in a way that felt safe.

The goal of the meditations are to re-connect with one’s body and mind without feeling overwhelmed by what you observe. The meditations are designed to help you be able to make choices with the observations you make of your mind and body, which will help you build agency over your thoughts and emotions.

From there, I created trauma-informed meditations that target symptoms felt by many trauma survivors.

Each bundle includes four separate meditations, with each meditation building upon the next to help build inner resilience as you move through the series of meditations.

The meditations include evidence-based exercises that I have gathered over the years as a somatic-based therapist and trauma-informed yoga and meditation teacher. Each of the meditations include breath work, visualizations and somatic awareness weaved throughout the practices to help you learn to connect with yourself and the symptoms you experience in a gentle way that reduces overwhelm.

The meditations are self paced and are intended to be used regularly as part of your self-care routine. The more you listen to them, the more success you will achieve in finding an increase in awareness and agency over your mind and body. And remember, we learn from repetition; the meditations are guided in an open-ended manner so that each time you listen, there's an opportunity for a different experience.

“These meditations have been integral in my journey toward healing and mental wellness. Robyn invites you to be present in such a safe and loving way that while sometimes difficult, turning inward and being present with yourself truly feels like an act of self-love and acceptance. In the past, I'd do anything to avoid uncomfortable feelings but I find myself seeking out her mediations instead now. Her soothing voice is such a welcoming invitation to get curious about what is coming up and be present with whatever I am feeling.”

“Robyn's Yoga Nidra meditation is just what I need to transition from the day to sleep. Instead of lying awake in bed, counting down the hours left to get a good night's rest, her calm and soothing meditation puts me into a relaxed state, allowing me to fall asleep almost immediately. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for help winding down at the end of the day!”
