This meditation bundle is designed to guide you into deeper connection with your inner-child for a sense of safety and inner-calm.

The Inner-Child Healing Bundle includes 4 separate meditations, each building upon the next to help create an inner safe space and safe person to provide your inner-child the healing environment that it deserves and needs for processing without re-traumatizing. This bundle’s intention is to help you explore the process of unburdening your inner-child of old wounds and pain.

Remember, healing is not linear; it is a life long journey. We don’t heal our inner-child in one swoop; these meditations are intended for you to return to throughout your life time to help support your inner system.

Just under an hour of guided meditations to help support healing for your inner-child.

Instructions

As noted above, the meditations included in this bundle build upon the next, making these bundles intentional and methodical for your deepest healing. For the best results, please start in order and take your time moving forward to the next meditation. Only move on to the next meditation when you feel ready to. There’s no rush in getting through these meditations. Trust your own body, and move through the meditations at a pace that feels comfortable to you. After listening to all of the meditations, you will feel more confident in your inner-resources and can then use the meditations separately, in any order, at any time, as you wish.
