Meditation 3: Guided Progressive Muscle Relaxation is an effective technique for reducing overall body tension, stress and promoting relaxation into the body on a deep level. This technique involves a body scan inviting you to purposely tense and relax major muscles in your body starting from the head and working down to your feet. By intentionally tensing your muscles before relaxing them, you enable yourself to relax your body more thoroughly after you release, letting go of physical and mental tensions more effectively.
Meditation 4: A Safe Space meditation helps build inner resilience by using guided imagery to move into a relaxed state, attain calm & peace in one's mind and body and help reduce one's overall stress & anxiety.
